really into this one, immediate thought was "looks like it was carved from shale or something" then saw the title and was like "oh, well that makes sense then"
That's exactly what I thought when I was looking for a title. Since I use stones as well as toys for molds, it may well have been shale that imparted the image. God knows there's a lot of shale around here.
