It has come to my attention the photo posted to this screed 15 years ago and identified as the legendary Fouke Monster was, in fact, not the Fouke Monster at all, but some variety of swamp creature indigenous to Southern Louisiana.
This photo, I am assured, is truly and in fact the real deal. Sorry for the confusion.
