Shouldn't that be Webley-Vickers? I may be misinformed; my Thurber Carnival isn't close at hand.
Mr. Thurber blended a pistol manufacturer with a machine gun manufacturer to come up with a pure mittification. I am simply following suit by blending the two founders into one man.
