Pan

The wild rutting season of Pan began today.

The old goat once fell for the nymph Syrinx, who wanted nothing to do with him, so ran to the river. Desperate to be hidden, she was transformed by her sisters into a reed. But the wind blew through her and gave her away. Pan fashioned his pipes from the reeds, which he played each sunset in love and in lust. To hear his song is to be inspired and aroused.

Extra Added Bonus: me reading Elizabeth Barrett Browning's 'A Musical Instrument' with Laurent Rochelle's 'Que Ma Joie Se Meure' as musical accompaniment.
