As I am presently residing on Io, which is in the relative neighborhood of Callisto, I must heartily agree with The Emissary. Several annoying spacecraft have buzzed frighteningly close to my home recently, and at least one reportedly came from the Blue World. I have had a number of dealings with these Earthbillies in the past, and would like to share my opinions.
