Sounds like you've been nippin' at the Shrink MCcool squeezin's. But I got news for ya.
I killed Carly Mongin in the chapter "Shrink MCcool at the Garthian Strobe."
But don't worry. MCcool and his buddy Joby Ringgold will run into his big brother Jelos Mullin when they go down the burrow-hole, which is actually happening right now. Mullin is much more dangerouser than his little brother, and they are finding Mullin and his boys more than a bit of a challenge.
A few months back, just before I took time off from the NFTE book for summer. I had to work out the transition between the first half of the book and the second half, which takes place underground in search of The Grumbleworm Lair. I've begun the last half in just the past month.
Carly Mongin made a comment on this site on that date. If you said 'before' I'd have known you to be a liar, sir, and that Carly Mongin would likely be alive and kicking. As it is, I can only assume you did in actuality kill Carly, which makes you not a liar but simply a murderer. So you're off the hook.
Gee, thanks. I'll have to look back in your archives to check Carly's state of mind. And, in case you didn't notice, I AM a liar. Look at who signed my first comment. As a murderer AND a liar, I expect better from you, sir.
Besides, Carly deserved it. He fed me to the sandworms of the Kalahari, for chrissakes. Took my cigar case, too.

ReplyDeleteDid you kill Carly Mongin before or after March 19th?
ReplyDeleteAfter, I'm pretty sure. By a month or two. Is that important?
