Robin Hood

An insurgent if there ever was one. A trickster who targeted the gentry. Was he a real person? Perhaps, once. But the legend spawned the tales; no one man could do so much. Men dressed as him at Renaissance fairs - not our versions, but actual Fifteenth Century May Day festivals - were prosecuted for it, so potent was his trickster image still, centuries later, and sinister the notion of redistribution of wealth.

A communist terrorist if there ever was one. Redistribution of wealth by force? Where is Dick Cheney where you need him?

For your information, George, Dick Cheney is in my basement as I write this. Sipping chardonnay and looking at gay porn films, of course. Where else did you expect him to be? You were there with him last night! Sheesh.
